Darran worked in the beer industry for several years for a number of pub companies and breweries before leaving to get into politics. He now runs a bookshop in Bristol called Book Haus.

We talk about a beer and brewery that spurs a pilgrimage in many beer geeks, we chat about a game that Darran was so into he split up with his childhood sweetheart, and finally, we question whether our tastes are changing or if breweries are changing recipes. And not forgetting sharing our love for cask.
